Private Movement Journeys are for people who would like to dive into a certain embodied experience, skillset or field of practice on a deeper level. For example, I have previously facilitated 3-month journeys focusing on developing creative expression; exploring the state of fear; researching and addressing imbalance in movement.
To guide these experiences I draw from a broad set of techniques and frameworks that I have integrated into my own practice over the years. I am constantly developing and learning myself. I can relate to your process on a human level and I support you in it not only technically, but also relationally and emotionally.
Dynamic conditioning (ground movement skills; bodyweight exercises targeting fundamental movement patterns) to build usable strength and mobility; CO2 tolerance training to build endurance through energy efficiency.
Balancing, climbing, jumping and running techniques; coordination and sensory training in urban environments.
